Sauna Heater SupplyReviews of saunaheatersupply.com

This was a delightful and refreshing customer service experience. I was able to quickly get all my questions answered, and I feel excited and confident in my purchase of a Narvi sauna heater. I would 100% recommend purchasing with Sauna Heater Supply!

James was absolutely terrific in helping me with my sauna purchase. He explained to me features of my sauna that I didn’t even know about, helped me figure out what my electrical specifications would need to be so I could better prepare my space ahead of time, and he offered the best price. All in all, James made what can be an overwhelming experience, super easy and stress free.

Excellent customer service was in the market for a sauna and getting info from companies was limited. James took the time to walk me through all my questions and this was all on a Sunday of a Memorial Day weekend!! Thanks James!

Great support, offered excellent advice and prices were more than reasonable.

I called in to get answers to questions I had. James helped me order a HUUM Drop sauna heater. He was very pleasant and informative which helped me decide on an appropriate heater for my use. I recommend Sauna Heater Supply.

I was very pleased with the service. I ordered a saunalife cl5g with 7.5kw humus drop heater from them March 1. Initially I was worried as it was not listed as authorized dealer. However communication was good as they would answer any questions I had within 24 hrs during the week. And they were happy with to have a phone call. They were willing to tell the company to hold the sauna till March 16 before shipping and then the courier they used was really responsive in coordinating and day and time for the delivery with me. It arrived about two weeks ago. This was to San Diego. I build a base - which I did before arrival- build the sauna as it is a kit - and then have an electrician do the electrical and is now completed on April 15. Wish I could upload pictures as it is gorgeous.
