Sauna Heater SupplyReviews of saunaheatersupply.com

Teddy was great to work with. Talked to many vendors and he called me directly and quick yo respond to all questions.

Great and fast communication and response. Very willing to discuss options and configurations and add discounts. Excellent customer service and great prices.

Worked with Teddy at Sauna Heater Supply while speccing out a Harvia setup for an outdoor cabin build. He was straightforward from the first email. No pressure, no upselling, no runaround on pricing. What stood out was how much he actually knows. I came in with detailed questions about heater sizing, the control unit, and how the pieces had to work together, and he answered all of it directly instead of guessing or handing me back marketing copy. When something was outside what he could confirm, he said so rather than making something up. That is rare. Pricing was fair and clearly explained. Communication was quick throughout. If you are putting a sauna together and want someone honest who will tell you what you actually need, Teddy is the guy to call.

Fabulous service team and really good pricing for best in class products. Will shop here in the future.

Teddy was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the sauna building process. Fantastic experience!

This company is truly exceptional. We experienced a payment issue on my end, and they provided excellent assistance in resolving it. Their communication was outstanding, and their responses were prompt. I am eagerly anticipating the delivery of the hot tub.

Absolutely loved purchasing through these guys. I was on the hunt for a new sauna and the salesman was able to walk me through all the best options for me. Built me a quote that I was very satisfied with and made the purchase. Would not hesitate to work with them.

Ted was very helpful. Instructions were great and everything I needed came
