Yes, I was given the most horrible customer service by your manager at your 6294 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43213 location. It happened last Friday.  He lacked customer service.  I'm truly surprised he's a manager. Because of him I did not get a storage unit. He was unapologetic an he did not care. He actually told me he did not want me to get one of your storage units. I've told other people about his poor customer service. I wonder how he climbed the corporate ladder. It must be a joke that he's the manager. Ashantia

i have had all kinds of trouble with this place i been here for 8 years and to lock someone out over 5 $ was said then charge them 15 more to unlock it when i never got nothing about the rent going up im paying 67 for a small bid where if someone new walks in can get it for 35 or so

It seems like every quarter over the past year or so you keep finding way to justify raising the rates. Some of us have been with you for a long time. Yet we gat no credit for being loyal customers. Soon you are going to force us to find other options. Give us a @##$$%%^ break!

I think it is a terrible business model that when I have a problem or concern that i cannot talk with someone at the corporate level. It is the only company I have ever dealt with in my 31 years of being in business that does not give me the opportunity to speak to a corporate employee. Secondly and just as concerning how is it that when my payment is due on the 1st of the month even before the close of business (on the 1st) I am locked out of my unit (because i am considered "late"). Any other bill i have (ie car or house payment, credit card payment) gives me till the close of business on the day the payment is due before I am considered late. I would ask that someone from the corporate office call my office with an explanation to the "payment due" issue. You have my office number on file. Thank you!

Lousy storage company!!!!!

They consistently raise their rates. They overcharge you because their managers made a mistake but refuse to let you know they made the mistake prior to your bill or be in any way cooperative to help resolve the issue. Overall they suck! It's forcing me to take my business elsewhere.
