Great treatment by Staff
The Staff at the E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio StorAll is excellent in customer relations. I especially appreciate the "heads up" when I may otherwise forget to pay my bill. Everyone I have had contact with has always been friendly, courteous, and helpful.

office management
since you guys changed over from that married couple managing the office, things seem to be much better. the new office staff is friendly and approachable. I even received a courtesy phone call when my storage was about to become late and for me and being a good and current customer, I really appreciated them taking the time out to do this. On the con of things, I hope our rates do not change any time soon. :)

Best Storage for your Stuff
We have been using Stor-All for about 5+ years and we have no problems with storing all of our business equipment. The customers representatives have been so gracious in helping with our needs.

Great experience
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Showed me all of my rental options and helped me decide what I needed. Also had all of the supplies I needed to purchase for my move.

Very secure
Very clean. The managers of the storage facility that I use are are great. I've been there since September of 2011 and on 2 occasions I didn't lock my unit properly. The manager called me so In could fix it. I'm grateful. I highly recommend this company.
