SCAM... wish I researched ahead of time. They took my money and then canceled the order. No refund. Reported to everyone possible.

Just like many others have stated, paid for flowers then received email telling that they couldn't fulfill my order, said they refunded my money. Order date 9/11/2024 as of today 9/22/2024 still no refund. This place is a joke !!!!

Terrible service they make the order they charge you the money and then they cancel it for no reason and then they don't give you the money back they are scammers

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Buyer beware! Do not order from this company! I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday day and within an hour, I got am email stating that my order was canceled because they could not deliver on the requested day. Email stated 10 days ago that I was refunded, but after looking at my credit card statement, no refund has been issued! After reading more of these reviews, I see that many others have had the same experience. This place is a scam! I chose them because prices were reasonable, but now I know they're just baiting people. Do not order from them unless you want the hassle of trying to get your money back. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge rather than dealing with these scammers.

they cancelled my delivery, then twice told me via email, they refunded my account. Which they hadn't Could not get thru to them #30 in line. I left my number for a call back, never happened.

This is a total SCAM! They take your order - give you an order confirmation number but never deliver the arrangement. They claim they are processing your credit but never do! When you call back they tell you that you need to give it a few more days - they processed it on their end. They even give you a confirmation number for your credit. Obviously, they have done this to many people - the fact that they are still getting away with this is disgusting. They need to somehow be shut down / blocked from being able to continue to take people's money!

I purchased an arrangement got confirmation then went to work, Very surprised not to hear from the recipient during the day, When I got home I discovered an email in my junk mail that my order had been cancelled for no apparent reason. No phone call no explanation, nothing, It took me hours to compose that order .Never do business with a company you can't simply rely on.
