Never delivers but they informed me about it and issued refund but never reached my account called 3 Times and same story it will take 3 business day to show on my account Finally got to talk to the manager and showing that refund was issued but i would run away from this place thousands unhappy customers with the same issue STAY AWAY

IM STLL FIGHTING WTH THEM THROUGH MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!

Placed ordered and Sarata florist cancelled, said order had been refunded. Almost 2 weeks later refund had not been issued. Vendor is hoping you forget or don't check your credit card statements and keep the money!!

Terrible company. Accepted my order of one their self-identified "most popular" items, they charged my CC, then waited a whiel before cancelling my order, leavng me in a bind. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Update: I received my refund. I still would not use them again. It took weeks, endless emails to get my money refunded. Do not order from this place. It’s a scam. I should have read the reviews prior to placing my order. They will take your money and then cancel, giving you a lame excuse why they had to cancel the order and letting you to believe that a refund was coming. It’s been 4 weeks, endless emails and I haven’t seen a dime. This is a SCAM!! Do not use this website!!

This company is a complete scam! DO NOT ORDER DROM THEM!!! I placed an order on 5/31/2024 for a friend's funeral. They charged me and then canceled the order. They assured a refund is coming. It's 10/03/2024 and there is no refund. I've reached out several times and the same woman responds that my refund is coming. I asked for a phone number to call and no one answers the number.
