SanymetalReviews of sanymetal.com

Quick shipping, helpful on phone and email. Thanks so much!

Ordering was good, customer service was good. But our material sat in a warehouse for weeks before being delivered because we were a rural delivery. It was shipped on March 16th, arrived at warehouse on March 23 less than two hours from the delivery location and was finally delivered on April 14th after 3 weeks sitting at the warehouse. And to make matters worse, the tracking information showed it being delivered each Friday after that and the dates changing each Friday morning to the next week. So we couldn’t even tell the school district a date of delivery at that point. If that is something that is a normal practice, it needs to be told at time of order. We were late completing a project and given fines for being late due to the materials not being delivered as promised.

Fast and efficient ordering, competitive prices, fast shipment, and nice people to work with

Shout out to Kim at sanymetal....she really came through for us between a rock and a hard place! I definitely look forward to doing more business with SanyMetal in the future!

Nice product, installs well, my only complaint was the shipping company lost one of the panels for a few days but that’s not samymetals fault.
