The sales process was great, thorough followup but not too pushy. The installation instructions definitely leave something to be desired. The instructions for the actual panels were not clear and the video that was sent was for a different product line so it was difficult to determine if the instructions were correct.

Ordering was good, customer service was good. But our material sat in a warehouse for weeks before being delivered because we were a rural delivery. It was shipped on March 16th, arrived at warehouse on March 23 less than two hours from the delivery location and was finally delivered on April 14th after 3 weeks sitting at the warehouse. And to make matters worse, the tracking information showed it being delivered each Friday after that and the dates changing each Friday morning to the next week. So we couldn’t even tell the school district a date of delivery at that point. If that is something that is a normal practice, it needs to be told at time of order. We were late completing a project and given fines for being late due to the materials not being delivered as promised.
