Called into santander Horsforth branch for advice on recently deceased mothers bank accounts and all staff very understanding, helpful and supportive especially the customer advisor Samantha Cooke who saw us without booking an appointment and sorted everything for us 😄

I really don't understand all the bad reviews here. I've been with them for about eight years, and just wish I'd moved over (from First Direct) sooner.

TAK!
