Har omkring 400.000 i Santander on Tenerife. Det er helt umuligt at overføre penge til en anden bank husleje. Lange køer ved banken. De vil gerne have vores penge for evigt. Har boet her i 15. Taler kun engelsk men selv spansk kan du ikke få forbindelse selv ved deres hotline. Må gå til advokat for at få mine egne penge ud. Giv os et engelsk talende telefon nummer. Eller bliv væk fra denne bank. For mig ringe service de sidste 7 år.

Lock you out at random, no explanation, but your payments on hold, try to get through to them a number of times as you have no choice at all apart from to call them, always on hold over an hour, then get put through to the correct department, then on hold again, then get cut off. And they hold your money and account hostage. Absolutely disgusting. Not recommended in the slightest.

AVOID AT ALL COST! They are very keen on seeing you fail to pay in time so they can charge extra fees. To achieve this, they will not send information so you can pay from an international account, will not send any invoices by mail so you can get details required to pay from there and of course charge you the very minute after the payment is due. The only payment details you will ever find are on their webpage, but will at most work for local transfers. The customer service is abysmal, and won't assist you in any way whatsoever, and treat you extremely badly, as all parts of this company does.

I had a basic account from them, applied online, had the Santander App, then after few weeks they stupidly blocked my account. I had lot's of inconvenience changing my details with my employer, Absolutely Disgusted with this stupid Rubbish Santander Bank,please everyone if you apply with them make sure you know what you doing first, this bank will fool you give you the account then Block you later I don't recommend Santander Bank to anyone Rubbish!!!

Wir haben es nur mit Hilfe eines Anwalts geschafft den Santander Credit loszuwerden. Wir haben sehr viele böse Überraschungen gehabt. Die Clever Card kann ich nur raten Finger weg !!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!! Wir versuchen seit 2 Jahre da raus zu kommen. Der Anwalt kann nichts machen. Zinzen monatlich sind 107.00 Euro zu bezahlen. Man versicherte uns dass eine monatliche Rate von 75.00 Euro ausreichen würde um die Clever Card abzubezahlen. Hat ich sogar schriftlich bekommen Bis die böse Überraschung kam. Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und man wird bombardiert mit Anrufen SMS und E Mails. Nie nie wieder
