Much better than RBS
having had a business account for 10 years with RBS and have been moved from bank manager to a call centre to a business centre and never had the same experience as I did 10 years. I understand banks grow but you still want a personal service. However, on moving to Santander I received a fantastic on boarding experience and got to meet a person! Yes a person, I even met the regional director and regional managing director responsible for my account (Carl or Carlos) this has made a massive difference to the experience overall.
