Best ever. So comfortable and will be buying another pair!

I had an issue with sizing (they run big). After an initial glitch with customer service, Tsholo resolved it with empathy and grace – truly second to none. I’m very grateful. The shoes themselves are gorgeous: butter‑soft leather, beautifully designed and lovely to wear. The packaging is also lovely, and it’s clear they were made with care. I also really appreciate the use of recycled materials wherever possible – it’s a thoughtful touch that makes a real difference when buying from a small artisan brand. Recommended! 😊

My first purchase of Sans Matin and despite the fact that I was cyncial about the comfort and style, they have not disappointed!! Fabulous service, packaging and delivery. The shoes are clearly superb quality and are super Comfy!! Cannot wait to wear them “out out!”.

Shoes did not fit but seemed good quality. However, customer service was really poor. I asked them to cancel one order and they cancelled the wrong one. I returned some shoes but did not get a refund for 4 weeks despite receiving a notification that the shoes had been received. If you use this company I advise you to keep all correspondence, proof of posting etc.

I love these trainers. I’m on my second pair now, I wore my first pair constantly. They are the first trainers I’ve ever had that are blister free from day one! So comfy I can walk all day in them and I do regularly. I had an issue with one pair, it was a manufacturing fault but customer services couldn’t have been more helpful and they sent me a replacement pair without question! Awesome service!

I wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot before I ordered from this site. It appears to be common practice for this company to take up to 3 months to refund their costumers. Please do not order from this site, if you are unsure you will like the trainers or the fit required as getting a timely refund (up to 14 working days as stated on their website) appears impossible. I have only waited 18 working days now so guess I have a few more months to wait.

Sans Matin trainers number 4 purchased! This time 'The Mag' in a great shade of green. True to size - I'm a UK 7. 5 and find size 41 just right for me. All the SM trainers are supportive of my feet and comfortable

Utterly appalling customer service. I have been awaiting a refund for 3 weeks. They barely reply to emails and do not have a phone line to call. I would not recommend them which is such a shame as the trainers are fab.
