Will not book again with them
Will not book again with them. Last year was a nightmare. Booked in July and I kept being told the red tide was not at Sanibel only some sightings at Captiva when I kept calling and questioning about the blogs I was reading. Well we all know how the story ends. No credits, no answers and no thanks!

We are sorry about Red Tide - something we have no control of! We hope you'll be back to Sanibel as it's a beautiful island! Most sincerely, Fran

Everything went so smoothly for our two…
Everything went so smoothly for our two week vacation on the lovely island of Sanibel. Cant wait to book with you again. My only suggestion would be to allow the final payment by credit card to avoid your clients having to make a special trip to the bank and post office to courier a draft. See you next year!
