We have used Island Vacations of Sanibel and Captiva previously and have always had great service. Last year, however, we had come to Sanibel during the huge fish kill and was very disappointed that they were not honest with us about the conditions before we arrived. We could have changed our plans. We made the best out of the week on Sanibel, but had to spend most of it on the beach of Captiva

Very friendly and helpful staff. The washing machine in our unit didn’t work. We contacted Island Vacations, a repair person arrived within a few hours, ordered a part and had the machine repaired within 24 hours. Great service!

Have rented with Island Vacations for 5 years now and everything has always been great. Anything that needed attention was taken care of immediately. Already booked for next year!

The vacation rental company was great. We were not very happy with the actual condo we rented but the company was pleasant to work with and very responsive.

We have always had the best experience with Island Vacations of Sanibel every year. Units are always ready when we arrive, all we do is head to the beach and relax!

Great personalized approach getting a rental and then helping with all the little issues that come up. They had good recommendations (I needed a local dentist) and even held mail for me. Had also used a large service at one time but it was not user friendly like this. Gift basket at arrival was also a nice touch.
