Sandals Beach vendors... blowing loud conc shell horn, vendors yelling, playing drums and selling weed. Basically ruin any beach relaxing. Birds for breakfast. Land on table steal food off plate, Need fishing line above and on sides. Choice of lunch and snacks during day. Only 2 restaurants open at lunch out of 7. No snacks or drinks in lounge as advertised. Sanitize overkill Loud music everywhere... rap and hip hop, no reggae. Room not cleaned on regular basis. Mirror light in bathroom never fixed after 2nd day. Carts clacking in hallway all the time day and night. Need smooth floors. Chef ruined steak 3 times. Wine tasting should include wines other than the free Robert Mondavi wines. Massage burned my back with hot oil and ruined it. Ran out of limes at bar. Said no limes on property. But got limes at dinner same night. Bayside restaurant not open to all paying guests Tuesday. Vary angry about this as we planned on dining there on our last night due to it was the best dinner experience of all Monday night. No info on website regarding closed on Tuesdays for returning guests only. The solid wood chairs in the rooms need have pads on the legs to prevent very loud noise when moved on the tile floors. You can hear all neighbors moving chairs producing loud vibrating noises all the time. Final dinner was room service. Salad came with no dressing. Nachos were cold and cheese was a sauce, not real cheese. It was awful. Ricardo boat was best experience. That was perfect. Room was very nice overall. Resort was clean and all staff were very friendly. Transportation was excellent. All restaurant service was excellent. Will never go to a Sandals resort again.

PLEASE READ! Arrived at Sandals Barbados (Airport) on August 6, 2021. Upon arrival we weren’t able to connect to WIFI immediately to show proof of PCR Covid test results. The Personal quickly rushed us through to a section that requires covid testing when we didn’t need Covid testing because we had results. Once we connected to WIFI they had already put the wrong color armband on us which meant we had to remain in quarantine for 24 hours. We were rushed, ignored and treated unfairly. We did everything we were told to do in regards to Covid testing. Our test results were negative leaving the United States but that meant nothing In Barbados/Sandals Resort. Spent $4,700 and weren’t able to enjoy our time immediately. Respectfully, Disappointed Customer

Exuma, Barbados, Ochi and Antigua - I have been to all of them at they are great! I was booked in to go to Grenada but had to cancel due to Covid - what a flipping nightmare - and I'm £300 out of pocket. The lack of response from Sandals for all these complaints says it all really - once we have your cash we no longer care - I'm done with Sandals!!

Agree with Stacey- no return of deposit. I would also advise anyone considering going to Sandals and spending money on extras such as booking special dinners that if you cancel you probably will not get your money back. Don't book 'extras' in advance or like us you will find yourself out of pocket and having to go through your credit card company to recover your money. This is not the quality service that Sandals advertise!

I have been fighting for 7 months to get a refund of $5400 for a sandals trip we planned for last September. After booking Turks & Caicos for our anniversary, Sandals canceled our reservations twice, stating that they were having problems opening the resort. On our 3rd attempt we were scheduled to leave on 30 December, they notified us 10 days before departure that we were required to have a negative PCR covid test completed and uploaded within 5 days of travel (but no more than 5 days). Day one was Christmas Day. We took the test and on the 26th of December at a cost of $240 and received positive results on the 28th. Once you have the Covid antibodies in your system, you will most likely always test positive. Sandals would not give us resort credit. They required us to immediately rebook or cancel without a refund. The credit card company told us to cancel the trip even though Sandals has a NEVER refund policy. Then Sandal’s fought the dispute and won after 4 iterations. Our attorney sent out letters with no response. Since Sandals is a Panamanian company, suing them would be expensive and the outcome would be unpredictable. A different attorney was interested in initiating a class action because he said that we could not be the only couple in this situation. I filed a small claims lawsuit at precinct #2 in Arlington against the credit card company. The credit card company provided a full refund last week (shortly after receiving the summons).

I had originally booked my honeymoon for this July to Sandals Barbados. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, we had to move our honeymoon to next year, which Sandals agreed to. We had already paid for our premium economy flights in full for this July, but were told that if we paid a reticketing fee of £400 our flights could be transferred to next years dates. We thought great, how fantastic are they, however, we were very wrong! Our new flights have now been out for several weeks. Sandals have us on a waitlist and are refusing to book us onto the plane for next year! They claim that BA havent released the seats to them. However, they are there in black and white on the Sandals website. Sandals are now demanding that we pay several thousand pounds more to fly premium economy on our dates and have told us to downgrade our hotel room to pay for it! What should have been a special holiday, for our honeymoon is turning into a nightmare. Their care and consideration and customer service is appalling. We had booked our holiday through Hays travel agents, who have not been great either, but they have also stated that Sandals are not replying to their emails and that they are getting nowhere with them. I would not recommend Sandals to anyone. I would give them no stars if we could.

Well were supposed to leave for our flight this morning and showed up right after 5 am (our flight was at 6 am). We were told we missed our flight?? What?? Our flight was at 6! Apparently we were too late to check our bag, therefore that means we missed our flight! I've never experienced this in my entire life. Then we were told one of us could go buy our self and the other one could get a flight tomorrow with our one bag. Yeah...I don't think so. So we called the resort and explained since we had "insurance". We were told for another $600, we could reschedule it. No....I wanted a refund!!!! So our only option was to pay another $200 and reschedule it for August. No...I want nothing to do with these scam artists! Stay away from this unethical business and find someplace more reputable that sticks buy their "insurance" and doesn't charge you more anyway. Now I am either out $2600 or I have to go to this shady place!

If I could I would give them zero stars. They stole over $2000 from me!! I booked a vacation with them (pre-covid) and I even bought the insurance THEY OFFERED. They wouldn’t refund my flight money. Even though the resort had to close due to covid. Way to treat front line workers. Don’t waste your money!!!
