We switched from Keep Truckin to Samsara because Samsara offered both an GPS and ELD combination and while i would love to give Samsara 5 stars i cannot. PRO: The GPS ystem and the data it provides is outstanding. CON: ELD: While the system was easy to install and set up the system has a few bugs. 1.It constantly switches the drivers duty status without prompt. We operate under an AG Exemption, The system doesnt recognize the exemption and support doesnt want to acknowledge or attempt to resolve the issue. Support is useless, they prefer to send work codes and emails to attempt to communicate instead of actually discussing the issue live. The solutions they offer do not fix the issue but rather force more work to the back office personal to ensure compliance. That appplies to all issues. I could go on but I'll leave it at that. Read the other reviews from 2017 and older that have not been addressed.

New to system but so far things are going well. Had some questions during install, Customer service was quick to return emails.

Very easy company to work with.

Great program for drivers! Also to be able to monitor everything needed in one application - simply awesome!

This system is wonderful! I can integrate my fuel system with the dashboard and keep track of all my assets. very affordable as well!

Ordered replacement cables and did not ship out right away, was sent UPS ground which takes several days to receive. If you receive the wrong cables why do you have to wait five days to get the replacements?
