Would not recommend this company due to the 36 month contract for the equipment. Is overpriced and alot other products get the same job done.

I have used Samsara in two job roles and always found the system to be a great addition to the business. The hardware and operating platform are reliable and extremely user friendly and the support has been excellent both during implementation and ongoing.

Easy to use, like the tools it offers

The real-time interface is especially nice. I am able to help my drivers in a timelier manner.

I really like the Samsara platform, very robust, provides great data, and wonderful tool which assists with our compliance and connected easily to our TMS.

The people have all been courteous and knowledgeable about the product. Devices were easy to install. Overall, startup went well.

I am happy with the product, ease of use, and options your company provides. I run into issues with the representation we receive. When we reach out to our account representative, we are regularly diverted to the support or finance divisions of your company or told that an issue has been up channeled and never hear back about the issue. With the volume of business we do with your company I would like our representative to be doing the leg work for us inside your company rather than being told that it is a question for support and to call the hotline, or here's the number for our finance section. In short I would like our account representative to represent our account not just take an asset order from us occasionally. We have attempted to address this issue with Samsara's management through email and telephone but have not received any response from either.

I like the overall format of the app, There are a few Glitches, like the annoying violation pop up is really unnecessary, Also Maybe in the long term foreseeable future adding a AI version of the app. If you guys were to accomplish a Ai that could just get me short cuts to the back ups in traffic or even help me maneuver threw LOS ANGELS TRAFFIC during rush hour that would allow me cut arrival time even by a little bit to get more done in my day that would be a good dream!
