Samsara is a great system for tracking and dash cams. The support is outstanding as well.

Great services and professional support. Currently, we are working with another GPS service provider and experiencing a lot of issues. We heard so much good things about Samsara from other local companies and decided to switch. We made a right decision and we are so happy. The equipments are upgraded and super easy to instal. There are much more options comparing with other GPS services and glad we made a right choice. I love their response for any questions or concerns we had so far. Thanks to Matthew Gurovich to make everything very easy from the first day and continue supporting and thanks to Samsara for the great services and support. Samsara has been great to work with. The software works excellent for our intended purposes, the camera quality is superb, the GPS tracking is very efficient, and the alerts have all been useful. My onboarding team is incredibly responsive and helpful getting everything setup, and answers any questions or confusions I have had. I definitely would recommend Samsara to anyone needing dash cams.

Communication and quick responses and solutions to any issues were resolved quickly. If any company is thinking about getting Samsara for their own fleet please don't hesitate. The sales video is amazing and touches on so many features. Installation is easy with the app I installed most of our fleet myself and i am not a technical wizard. the Dashboard is user friendly and any issues i had were dealt with immediately.

I'm new to the platform and Esther is very patient and listens to me. Always provides me with what I need and more. She responds quickly with detailed video instructions and follows through until the issue is resolved. I'm very pleased with the support that she provides and I feel like she will do whatever is necessary to address my concerns.

Terrible decision for companies to go this route. AI device is all over the place !! Giving drivers bad scores for nothing. Harsh breaking given even when being almost sideswiped warning for seatbelt because it can’t determine if your wearing one because of Color contrasting. Working on getting rid off all rear facing and AI samsara cameras.

We have 10 trucks using Samsara. One of our trucks was totaled back in May and instead of "allowing" us to cancel the service for that truck, they are requiring a one year "early termination" fee (or pay the balance of the contract). To get a new replacement truck on the road takes about 8 months. The truck that was totaled has been hooked up to Samsara for the past 6 years. We will not be renewing our contracts.
