They suck! Plain and simple. First order. Cancelled due to billing issue. Second order cannot be located. They keep using covid as an excuse for limited hours - Covid has been over. I will NEVER! shop here again. They have really gone downhill over the years and I for one will not spend another damn cent with them. They can keep their cheap ass shoes!

Truly have to be the worst brand and service Purchased a pair of GABRIELA WOVEN SLIDE SANDAL from Macy’s - found the right wider to the left but have an identical pair in different colour and no issues!!! So emailed the manufacturer Sam Edelman and this was their response Customer Care (Sam Edelman) 2 Aug 2023, 14:38 UTC Good afternoon, Thank you for your email Unfortunately, as you did not purchase this item directly from Vionic, we are unable to provide further assistance with this. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought boots at almost £200 that fell apart within 2 wears. Timpsons said they were so badly made they could not be repaired. Returned to Sam Edelman 3 months ago (postage to US was £30), they have acknowledged boots are faulty but still no refund.
