I bought a pair of sandals and returned them, it took two emails and a phone call to get my refund after 2 weeks plus they subtracted 16 dollars from it (not 8 like they claimed). Def not buying from them again

I do like sam edelman style and fit. Only issue I have when ordered them via their website, I did not get my full amount back. Total spent was $134 and my refund was $118...they deducted return charge plus tax. Done buying Sam Edelman shoes!

I chose this pair of shoes because I was drawn to its design and material quality at first glance. Unfortunately, after wearing it, I discovered that it’s not comfortable at all—especially around the heel area, which feels quite stiff. The sound coming from the heel while walking is very annoying and has caused me embarrassment more than once, making me avoid wearing the shoes in quiet places. I’ve tried to soften the leather in different ways, but it still needs more time or adjustments. I really wish there had been more information about the comfort and wearability of the shoes on the website before purchase, because looks alone aren’t enough. Personally, the experience wasn’t satisfying, but it might still suit others who don’t mind the sound or stiffness.
