The supplements delivered the next business day. Everything arrived in perfect condition and I received multiple samples of other products. I’m very happy with my purchase

I ordered my supplements on June 28 and I didn’t receive the package. The tracking status has not updated since July 11. I sent 5 emails to customer service and they are not replying to me. They already billed my credit card and it’s a month later I still don’t have my order. I called Canada customs and Canada post, both parties confirmed they never received an order. This is a warning to all customers especially those ordering from Canada to be extremely cautious of this company and how they deal with you in such difficult situations. I wish I had read the review before because it seems like everyone is paying and not getting their order.

This company seems to me to serious. It never takes long time before they answer your request, and help you out. Only drawback is that it can be taken away from you in the customs since they are shipping it from USA, but all in all a good experience.

I ordered creatine and pre work out from their website. the package never arrived and has been stuck in their facility for over 2 months. I’m tired of waiting so I asked for a refund. I purchased two jars of psychotic pre-training on March 3, 2023, it took about 30 days to arrive at the country's customs when I found that the order was barred and was returned to SameDay... I sent countless emails to this company and they never refund my order!!. they say that never received the package but when I called brazilian customs they said it was returned the packet sucessfully... until now I'm trying to get in touch with them to return my money but they never solve the problem, they say that the system is automated but the money it was never refunded to my account. Bad experience, I will never do business with this terrible company again!! I want my money back! Order number: 230303808
