Booking was easy, no waiting from the agreed time; friendly nurses.

I order because they offer next day delivery. Here we are in the next day. My order has been approved. The order is still marked pending, not shipped and certainly not delivered. I learned my colleague had the same problem with this organization. If they cannot be trusted with simple order processing, how can we trust the test results?! Edit: This was absolutely for SamedayHealth.

I had to wait 7 days for my test results. I wasn't told this while I was standing in line. I had a plane to catch in 3 days. The first time I used you last fall, it was a great experience. Got my results back the next day. Service has gone down since then with attitudes, hard to find contact info for CS, then when I found it, took forever for them to answer, then took forever for someone to call me back.

My appointment was cancelled last minute 3 times in a row and I never ended up getting my treatment.

Very fast and very pleasant environment

I have no issues. They are quick and very polite. I don't like standing outside, but it's only a small inconvenience...
