Tried to make an appointment
I tried to make an appointment. I think I made it for tomorrow morning, but I never got a confirmation email or text. I’ve looked through both hoping to find something to refresh my memory as I made the appointment a long time ago. But now I have this survey, so maybe the appointment was for today. I don’t know.

False Positive Result
Spent $150 for a Covid test for travel for my 2 year old and it came back positive. Got tested elsewhere and it was Negative. $150 down the drain and an almost missed vacation.

Thank you for reaching out to Sameday Health. We are happy to provide as much context as possible surrounding your test results. RT-PCR tests offered by Sameday Health are 99.9% accurate, and while we remain confident in that accuracy, there are a few reasons why test results can vary from one hour, or from one day to the next. Some of those reasons could be: - Timing of your test: Results may be affected and may vary based on when you took the test, and when you actually contracted COVID-19. For example, if you receive a test on the day you were infected, your test result might come back negative, because there may not be enough virus particles present yet for the test to detect. The likelihood of your test picking up your COVID-19 virus will increase as the incubation period increases. - Test types vary in accuracy.Rapid Antigen Tests are less accurate than RT-PCR testing, so if you are looking to be extra certain about whether or not you have COVID-19, it is best to perform an RT-PCR test. Greediest company I have ever worked for in my life
I have been in the workforce for over 50 years and worked for sameday health for a year now. They only care about money and treat their employees like trash. They were recently sued and had to pay out 26 million for false advertising, falsifying results, and insurance fraud.. This company is managed by a bunch of 20 year old brats. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with these losers.

Reliable and Professional Service
The Tysons Corner Sameday Covid drive through center has been such a blessing--especially with this new BA5 variant. We get results much faster than our family physician and pediatrician offices. The staff is so friendly and we never wait more than a few moments to be helped.
