Customer service was great, delivered results within 24 hours. However, very expensive

I needed a COVID test for travel and originally went somewhere else but when I was locked out of their account with no customer service available, I scrambled to find somewhere new. I ended up making the 40 minute drive to come here and it was well worth it!! I had my results by the time I finished driving back home and it was only $25.

Usually price for fast PCR in the most Countries in the world maximum 150$ but unfortunately they charge us 250$ !!!!

Stopped at Samedayhealth in Alexandria for a pcr standard test. Customer service was exceptional! Very clean, extremely organized, and zen. Anita helped me at the front desk and shared they had just released a special offer for rapid pcr tests today. I was under the wire for a standard (getting results in time) so happy to find out they had a great deal going for rapid. She helped me sign up for the rapid and I was in and out, without any wait time. The health care worker who took my pcr test was very welcoming and helpful! This was by far the best testing location I’ve been at! All staff working there were nice and efficient.
