Worst place ever
We were traveling internationally and got our results 4 and 10 days later… when those results we’re guaranteed within 72 hours so not even valid once we got them… out travel got canceled due to not having the results… and very very poor customer service. No one getting back to you.

Never received my test results..
Never received my test results for a trip that required them. Very disappointed that I spent money for rushed results only to end up with no results.
