Took a test
Took a test. I never got results for. Which I needed to go back to work. Was finally offered to take a new test. Offer was only offered because I had Called Multiple times to get my results. 2 stars because the ended up giving a rapid test and actually got my results.

We apologize that you did not receive the results from your original test and that you had to call multiple times to get things straightened out. This must have been very stressful and we apologize for any delays caused to get back to work. I was traveling …
I was traveling and need to take the COVID test. the test results were LOST I had to go to another clinic and time was running out.
