easy to make appointments, not a lot of wait, convenient setting with the drive-thru

Great option for non-urgent medical issues. I took my 12yo daughter for a chronic dermatitis issue that we were no longer to control at home. We saw a NP who was very personable and really asked a lot of questions to get to the root of the problem. She gave us great advice & product recommendations. It was great that this clinic is in a Target - was able to pick up her RX & products all in one trip. The receptionist/MA was very efficient & friendly too. It was a great, quick visit that fully addressed the issue we were in for. Very impressed. Good job Kaiser.

Professional, fast service, quick results. We got a gift bag too, a small bottle of hand sanitizer and a mask.

The service you provided was excellent but now 7 months later our insurance company has received insane bills from you. It’s shameful the prices you are charging for a 2 second talk with a Dr prior to the swab. I will never return or recommend to anyone!

Very untrustworthy. They told me they can not provide me results in the stated time and asked me to pay more money to get a different faster test. Very poor service
