Quick, fast and accurate! I've used Sameday Health couple times to get PCR test done, the reservation process was easy, they have abundant time slots, and the process at the center from check-in to result coming out was all a breeze!

Very professional workers that are timely with results.

They are unable to live up to their promises of timeline on Covid tests. They came nowhere close to the guaranteed turnaround time. I waited days and was stuck at the border as a result. When the test came through they had fudged the testing time to make it look like they made the deadline.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sameday Health. They charged my credit card for a PCR test appointment that I canceled back in December 2021, assured me that I would be refunded within 7 days but I did not receive that refund. Three weeks later, I reached out to them twice via email but they did not respond. I eventually contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. That was very disappointing! It was my first experience with Sameday Health and it was disappointing. I don't think much of Sameday Health. I don't think they are a trustworthy organization.

The service excellent and results are sent on timely basis

Sameday Health in Fairport is wonderful. The staff is always professional and courteous when I go in for testing. The test results are available when they guarantee the results will be back. I wish the cost was cheaper for the rapid turn around, but the pricing is competitive compared to other places in the area. Appointments are always available when I need one. I would recommend Sameday Health to my family and friends.
