SamebikeReviews of samebike.com

Take my advice and do not buy an ebike from this company, there after care is none existent, my motor failed after 3months/50 miles. So it is still supposed to have 9 months warranty left ,however after providing proof of purchase, videos etc etc they are not willing to repair or replace, basically they told me to pursue my money back via my bank ,that's how little they care,so please avoid because if anything goes wrong the warranty means nothing, and not many ebike repair shops will touch samebike bikes .

I order a bike and they said 3-9 business days. After 4 days, they texted me telling my bike is not in stock (website said yes). They offered a different colour. 1 week later I contacted them asking how It is going, and they answer offering me a refund because the bike is not available and they dont know when they can send me. Very dissapointed. Dont trust them people please!!

Good saller, quick delivery
