DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I have never been treated so badly by a company. I bought an electric bike from them and within 8 days it developed a fault which made it useless. They have treated me like an idiot and have ignored my consumer rights, expecting me to take the bike apart and test/repair it myself! It is over a month since the bike broke down and I am still fighting for them to collect it and refund my money.

Ordered a Samebike CY20 folding e-bike through Walmart. The tracker updated that it will be delivered as per the mentioned date. Every time I checked the tracker it confirmed the same delivery info however it was still on "preparing" bike order. I sent two emails to Samebike but never heard back. I finally called walmart customer service who contacted Samebike. I received an email on the delivery date confirming that Samebike cancelled the order without a reason. I'm assuming that they were out of stock and never contacted me.
