not worth the money - systeme.io is much better value
So I paid $349 for a YEAR - I have ONE digital item to sell but have 3 different packages to this one item and Samcart can't do that - I was informed by support that I would have to upgrade to the $159 a MONTH to be able to get this facility but as a gesture they would add on the section I needed to be able to do it. I spent the whole weekend trying to implement this and the person who said they would give it to me was not available until after the weekend so I paid a Samcart expert to take a look to be told its not doable. they said to use Systeme.io and its free for what I need. The support person then came back to me after 3 days and said 'oh sorry, my bad, I can't give you that function and you have to upgrade. So the $349 a YEAR to $159 a MONTH. No refund - they basically said - TOUGH!!! Well tough for Samcart as I won't be recommending to anyone and will tell anyone not to use it and use Systeme.io instead - they also have 24hr support and a much better ethos with their system.
