It took us a few emails going back and forth to figure out why my cart previews and custom domain were not working. With that being said Samantha was absolutely fabulous!!! Her completely supportive, radiantly positive attitude came through her text (via email) and I never felt like just another number or that we wouldn't get to a solution. So thankful for SamCart for setting this tone! All customer service should be this kind and thorough! – Happy customer switching from Shopify to SamCart! Also if it's helpful I switched because I didn't want to deal with all the 3rd party plug-in's I'd have to have just to have my cart work the way I wanted it to, I wanted things on my end to be SIMPLE. SamCart allows you to adjust things without having to add software to do it. And I found the navigation in SamCart to be less cumbersome.
