UPDATE: After multiple emails I was issued a refund today. Thankyou Samcart I purchased a $10 challenge and now i’ve been charged an extra $97. I don’t recall agreeing to this . After investigation via paypal i found it was a monthly subscription which i managed to cancel but after multiple emails requesting a refund i’ve had no response. Very frustrating when you can’t get responses for request’s especially since i read below there is a 30 day period for refunds.

SamCart charged me $950 without warning, on an auto-renewal. I didn't realize auto-renew was switched on and I received no notice via email to say that the amount would be going out of my account. I have not used SamCart for quite a while and no longer need it. As soon as the amount went out of my account, I tried to contact billing to ask for a refund. I have sent five messages in the last three days and had no response, only an email saying they have received the request but no ticket number to follow up on and no response from a person. Has anyone got their money back? Any ideas? Do they get back to you in the end? I would like my refund as I am not using the service. 9-3-23 Update SamCart has now finally refunded my purchase yesterday. It's a shame that it took nine days to receive a human response to my initial request, after my initial review. My initial review was one star, but I have increased this to 3 stars now that I have my refund.
