Total scam! They take your money on monthly subscription without consent. After noticing this I cancelledmy account on their members portal and they still took monthly subscriptions. I then cancelled it via Paypal and will ask Paypal to recoup the funds. Oh and they don't answer emails to customer services. Stay away and save your money!

Hi I too have tried to no avail to contact support at samcart!! I was billed the full amount without prior notice!!!! I cannot find anything in my correspondence that I would be billed! Now I’m trying to get my money back. Buyers beware!!!!! Sure wish I could give minus stars! One star is still tooo many

This company is a total joke, I signed up for a year of their service, but my business pivoted to another platform for advertising and promoting our services. I didn’t realize that the annual subscription automatically renews, even though my SamCart account was inactive for 11 months! They claim to have stellar customer service, and they even brag that they respond in 24 hours. Not only can you not get a live person on the phone, they completely ghost you when you email them, I have emailed them multiple times and have gotten zero communications, apparently if you need a refund they treat you like total garbage. I would recommend you NOT get involved with this shady company and their sketchy business practices.

Hey Dion, I am truly sorry to hear that you had a less than stellar experience with our customer support team. As you mentioned in your review, we do take customer support seriously and pride ourselves on providing top notch support. It looks like your account was refunded the total amount of the rebill on December 6th, 2022. Please let us know if this is not the case or if you are in need of further assistance!

Will never use Samcart after the time and the experience I had trying to cancel and still having to fight for something I never used. No reason why I shouldn’t be refunded and was told I’d get one and now I’m told I will not. 3 months I’ve spent on this

I was charged an annual fee of $349 without any email or notification. I said I don't want the service anymore on the same date the money was withdrawn from my account but I was told the 30 day refund policy only applies to the first purchase!! This company is into gaining profit by following unfair practices and hiding behind small print that is not obvious at all and no notification of billing. BUYER BEWARE! There are better companies out there that offer better opportunities and they refund you with no questions asked.

A waste of money. Not ideal for beginners and adherents of a business model that thrives on making money from auto-renew subscriptions of dissatisfied customers that got ZERO value from the platform. Just give me my money back.

Dishonest dealings, sold me. $10 dollar product and sneakily “upsold” to a $187 renewing subscription without even giving the price of it and without needing bank authorization, really shady behavior. I really feel cheated. Luckily I used PayPal and informed them of this scam immediately. Waiting for my refund now. Never again.

BE CAREFUL WITH RECURRING CHARGES. They charged me a recurring bill of $349 without notifying me and I asked for a refund the day of and they denied it saying they can't issue the refund. I have to dispute it with my credit card company. They are completely unreasonable.
