Basically now that Sam Ash is on line only people have nowhere to post reviews. In my case I’ve had over the past 30 years great experiences with Sam Ash stores and now online store. I recently got a damaged box via FedEx and Sam Ash paid for the return and I got my full refund in 1 day after it arrived to them in Florida. All I can say is for me they’ve been 5 stars on every occasion
