I think the service can be better than that.
That was not a bad experience; however, it can be better. The key problem I have with the calls are the voice mail, once the call goes to voice mail, they charged me the entire minute. I think this can change for a better service

Hi Geraldine, Thank you for your valuable feedback. Our service has a 1-minute rounding principle that applies to all calls and which is transparently posted on our website and in our Terms and Conditions. We don't have other connection fee or any other fees that other companies that are using the "charging by the second" rule may apply. However, we hope that the great quality of our service helps you benefit from every moment you spend while talking on the phone with your loved ones. Your SalutHaiti.com Team

It's an all in one website
I love the services offered by SalutHaiti.com!! Not only I use it to call my family in Haiti I also add minutes to their cellphones. It's awesome!! And I can redeem points... convert them to minutes.... I don't need to use a pin number. The recharge goes right away, it's done in less than a minute. I've been using cards and other websites for years..... SalutHaiti is the first one I really love and trust. I only wish for the rates to be lower or to receive special deals more often. That will save me a lot!!!:)...... I highly recommend SalutHaiti!!!!:)

hassle-free
Love it. Easy to use. I like the speed dial option and the automatic purchasing option. I like that they keep my payment info on file.
