Hi JEAN, No worries about it. We've opened up a ticket to investigate what happened, and will be back on email with details and the solution / resolution. We can assure you you haven't lost money. We are only charging for transactions that go through. When the local operator has a technical problem, which could be the cause here (we're waiting for their answer at this point), you are not charged, and money is returned on your card. I am a long time customer. On october 24 i purchased a phone card on line for Haiti and you charged my bank for a $17.04 transaction that was failed. All attempts to reach out in Georgia by phone. to discuss the transactions were unsuccessful.
