The service is quite good. Only one major issue: being charged for calls that connected me to the wrong party or for calls answered by answering machine If I could get those refund, I'd grant a very deserved 5 stars *All the numbers that I try to reach are saved on my phone so that I never have to re_enter them. The issue is in the call connection not on the user side

Hi Herold, Thank you for opening up the topic. We only charge for calls that get connected, that's true. Yet, if the number is wrong, that is for a reason outside our control, and any calling service would charge you for that, since it falls in the category "answered", which is "successful connection". The same holds true for a call connected to an answering machine. It's answered, that means it's connected. A solution to avoid entering the wrong number, for example, is to set the correct number on Speed Dial. The feature is free and available in your account. You only have to assign the number to a digit on your phone's pad. And next time you make a call you'll just need to press that digit. Thank you for your understanding!

The fees charged are over the top when using natcom and to receive refund on mistakes made by saluthaiti.com is very hard to retreive funds.

Hi Jean! The fee depends on the amount of credit you are sending to the destination number and it is usually defined by the operator. We can cancel the transaction (if there was a mistake involved) while it is "Pending" that is still being processed on our side. Once the credit is received by the destination number (and this number exists, although it is not the one intended), there is no possible way to retrieve it, since there are multiple financial institutions and protocols involved and the number is in use, therefore we cannot prove it is not the number intended to be credited. Please always double check if the number you enter is correct before you go proceed to payment. Thank you for your understanding and for being with us!
