Lengthy response time with Tech support when something goes wrong. Taking more than 24 hours to explain why prepaid mobile recharge fees are not credited to the phone in Haiti. and it is still unknowing how long it will take to finally attribute the credit to the phone#

We do have a reliable network my friends in Haiti are really enjoy using natcom, I’m trying to be frank in my experience as we do ask me to do so . Whenever , I have to top up for friends in family overseas, I’ve to invite them to power off they phone to save munute and sometimes I would love to surprise them without warning specially for birthday and others events.
