Last time i suppose to make transaction so the number was natcom and i put digicel ,so the money didn't go on none account and your guy never take money and never send the money on my card

Charge for a transaction failure
I am a long time customer. On october 24 i purchased a phone card on line for Haiti and you charged my bank for a $17.04 transaction that was failed. All attempts to reach out in Georgia by phone. to discuss the transactions were unsuccessful.
