Excellent service. Great quality soecimens

Great company and great customer service. I have placed 3 orders as of this review. My first order had some dead on arrival live stock and death within 24 hours. This order was delivered directly to my home via FedEx. They were very responsive and honoted their 5 hour DOA refund guarantee and also their 14 day guarantee store credit. Refund was issued immediatly and my store credit was applied to my account within 2 days. My second and third orders were flawless and exactly what was described. I had these packages held at the local FedEx store as recomended. I have just placed my 4th order and can't wait to get our Christmas present.

Just amazing. Have great sales and everything

Free shipping and fish did great ! And love their sale prices

Didn’t think I would find my oring for my 20year old espar 1st time I have needed parts for this thing. They had multiples yeah

I bought an orange back fairy wrasse and it arrived very healthy with no signs of stress. It made it through 6 weeks of quarantine w/copper and is now living in my display. Couldn’t be happier!

I LOVE saltwaterfish.com and have ordered from them several times. The only thing I wish they would do is to make the "freebies" automatic or put some kind of reminder on the check-out page. This may be on purpose, but when I have asked for them 'after the fact' they have been accommodating.

Great service, great fish
