Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

Reliable. My go to for marine fish.

Thank you very much

I am very pleased with Saltwaterfish and very anxious for my order to arrive with my 2 new saltwater fish.

I used the live chat to speak to a customer service rep (Sheila), I had placed an order and forgot to add my discount, Sheila was able to add my discount to my order, and give me a new total. I have only had to call customer services one time before, but I had a great experience both times. Thank you for the great service.

I was very upset when my package arrived with several items DOA. It was not the fault of Saltwaterfish.com. It was entirely FedEx’s fault who experienced a shipping delay because of weather and Black Friday volume. But Saltwaterfish.com came through and replaced the items and sent them to me for free. Excellent response to a mistake that they did not make. Many thanks!

GREAT SERVICE HEALTHY ANIMALS

Fast service. Good prices. Nice healthy fish. Who could ask for more. When an item I wanted had issues. I was promptly contacted and offered a suitable solution. Will buy from again. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Always easy to deal with great quality on livestock and on the spot if help is needed.
