Everything was very good, the online selections, delivery was quick. The packing of the items was excellent but given that it is winter time and it is pretty cold; the live products have to be able to be kept warm. The heating pads used didn't do there job so a few fish were dead on arrive because the temperature was cold. I would still buy from them and recommend this company.

They delayed. My order 3 times. They said do to weather. That was. BS. The weather was the same for the last 4 or 5 days. Will not order from them again that is for sure !!

I ordered 12 fish/vertebrae they arrived when and where they said they would. 1 fish and 1 crab perished in transit. I followed the easy instructions on making a claim for a refund, which was settled almost immediately. I would absolutely recommend ordering and will do so in the near future. I have been buying from Saltwaterfish.com for years. I haven't had any issues. The fish were nice looking. I am a little set back at the price of Damsels. I like the fact that they also help people in the countries that provide the fish.
