Very reliable
Been doing business with them for years very reliable people. Each time I had to make a claim they responded super fast. Sometimes they got back to me the same day. Will always keep them in mind when fish shopping

Always have been recieving healthy…
Always have been recieving healthy orders from them and packed nicely and fast shipping. I believe I've been ordering from them for 7 years? Some fish I have from them are still alive.

Fast shipping, great customer service, and healthy citters
Fast shipping - lost a shrimp due to Fedex delivering 8 hours late. SWF replaced without question. The rest of my order(fish and inverts) were all in great shape and great examples. Their value on fish is the best I've found online.

Service has been excellent
Service has been excellent. In fact, when an item arrived damaged, the replacement was sent out promptly. Good news is normally items are packed so they arrive in good condition.
