Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

Very satisfied with this company and it's stock of fish and corals

The packaging was very good and the shipping was very fast. The livestock was in great shape and doing well in my reef tank. Thanks, I will order from your store again.

Took care of all my fish needs. When one fish was DoA, reshipped the same type of fish for free. Will buy again.

FedEx has been dropping the ball on shipments lately it’s been taking four days to get an overnight shipment but whenever I’ve made my guarantee request saltwaterfish.com has come through and made everything good with either a refund or replacement I’ve never had any real issues with this company I will continue to order from them

Livestock was DOA after an unexpected shipping delay. Sheila and the rest of the Saltwaterfish customer service team worked with the carrier to try and get it resolved, but unfortunately to no avail. Saltwaterfish provide me a full refund for the loss of the livestock and I appreciate their responsiveness and attentiveness to the situation.

Anthias died 4 days after arrival. Got full refund (credit).

Everything is carefully packed and arrives on time. Customer service is excellent. <3

I like the service never had a problem with any of the fish I ordered very satisfied with this company
