2 fish died bags are to small for the fish.

Not happy with service as 1 fish died in 2 days 1 of the coral came in broken in shipment Anemone is dead during the shipping

They shipped really fast for me but when I got my fish there was little to no oxygen in the bag for my puffer and I was upside down I thought it was dead but it started swimming a little when I opened the bag also it was cold there was no type of heat pack in the packaging I can say that I was a little scared hopefully they survive and I have these great fish

I received my 5 coral frag pack, 3 Emerald crabs, 2 peppermint shrimp, and 2 green chromis in perfect condition. I would recommend you dip your corals first, found some nasty hitchhikers on mine. They were all thriving and colorful. Update, 5 days later, i lost one of the green chromis and it was consomed by the emerald and hermit crabs. Saltwater fish.com wouldn't replace it because i couldn't provide a pic of the dead fish. I docked 2 stars for that. They have a 14day guarantee and wouldn't honor it. Sad, but i will take my business elsewhere.

Wasn't the happiest with my very 1st order from you guys. The fish & invertebrate was healthy & well but the size wasnt accurate at all. But overall the experience was good so I gave you another try. This being my 2nd order was perfect, fish sizes & overall quality!!

Got my order a few days ago and packaging was good but polyps on two frag disc came off in transport and have no way or knowledge of reattaching them other then that rest was ok small pieces but without seeing them in person that’s what happens.😢😢😩trying a fish order will see how that goes 🙄🙄

Fish was way undersized. So was the coral piece The fish didn't make it. However the 15 day guarantee was honored.
