First of all this is the first and last time I will shop hear for anything. They charge 9.99 for a boxing fee and when I received the box all of the heat packs where on top of the packaging. None where my invertebrates where and it is winter time hear. 75% of my order was dead and the water that they where in was ice cold. I acclimated hoping that they might be revived but they did not. They have a 5 hour DOA guarantee but the shipment came late and I had to go to work. I also wasn’t going to place almost every snail and crab on a white board and take pictures of them. Bad packing job.

Once you get a sales person they are very good to work with. BUT often very poor packing and even worse guarantees policy. Shipping charges way out of the norm.

Store Credit is not applied toward total amount to qualify for free shipping. If I know this I would never have originally ordered from them. This is the last time. I ordered frags to eliminate possible doa fish. That way I won’t have store credit that gets eaten up by shipping costs. Have found different vendors that have lower price and only doa full money back guarantee.

10 of the 14 fish I ordered were DOA. Once reported, they did ask if I wanted a reshoot or a refund. We will see what happens

6 of 8 fish were dead on arrival . Followed all prcedures took photos of dead fish within 5 hrs of delivery. Was given store credit . Which meant i was given the pleasure of repurchasing the shipping container and paying for shipping unless i spent an aditional $79. So fish show up doa i get store credit then pay an additional$40.00 to get fish replaced. Not good business practice. Signed Ron meyer

2 of my fush arrived doa. And the return policy. I went and filled it out right away. Never got a email back saying anything. Logges onto my account the next day and saw they send me a message. Just need a better was to communicate

This is the second live fish order I've placed. The first was fine so I decided to order the rest of my fish( once they were in stock again). On this order I had some issues. My Blonde naso tang was in a bag of water so cloudy , I could barely see through it and there was food and algae in the bag as well. The naso had spots on its skin from the shipment as well. I was able to nurse it back to health and it seems a little better now. The mandarin I received was dead on arrival and the tiger turbo snail was also dead on arrival. I know there is a guarantee but I don't wanna waste my time dealing with it. Id rather try another company next time.

Not enough in stock. Charged me shipping even after I purchased enough to use the free shipping coupon code. Slow navigation through the web site. Will not be trading here again.
