This was our first time ordering livestock online, and I'm very pleased. We ordered and bunch of snails, a cleaner shrimp, and some conchs, all arrived alive, healthy, and after acclimating, are now in happily awaiting there quarantine period, will definitely use them again!

Very happy with my order. Specimens were larger than expected. Turbo snail was huge. I have ordered from other companies and specimens were very small and some did not survive shipping. Everything arrived alive and overnight delivery. I will be ordering from here again. Customer service has been great.

Tristan was very helpful when I purchased two cuttlefish hatchlings by answering questions I had. One did not survive shipping and they gave me a refund for that. The other would not eat and died and they gave me store credit. The customer service has been fantastic so I have bought another cuttlefish and will hopefully have better results this time.
