Great price, excellent livestock, however most of my invertebrates arrived dead. I will try them again and make my decision from there

NO TOO HAPPY THE WAY SALTWATERFISH HANDLE MY CLAIM, I STILL WAITING FOR DECISION ABOUT MY REFUND $179.00.

Last few orders have received dead fish. Trouble getting credit for the order

Great selection, but check out process is clunky. You have to save your address and shipping address completely independently. Very unique to this website, never encountered this type of check out process at any other site. Need to get this fixed.

Over all good service great deals. Last order was a little disappointing I paid to get a larger 3.5 to 4.5 inch fish to get along with my other larger fish, usually get decent sized fish but this one not on a good day makes the 3.5 measurement. This one could have gotten at a local retailer for half the price

Didn't like the checkout. Too ambiguous and would not allow checkout as a guest.

Some specimens are shipped that aren't ready for shipment, leaving them too stressed to survive. You need to mention if you live in a colder region so they don't arrive at 60 degrees. This part I should have done.

I got a yellow goby it was very small and skiny. The other things i got was very small also.
