Nothing I have bought from here has live more than two weeks

The quality of fish I have experienced looks good at first.The guarantee is just awful. Bought a copperband butterfly was delivered , acclimated for 3 hours, Fish looked great, even picked at crevices for food.2 days later Started swimming upside down, Next morning Dead.Body internally hemmoraged.Looked to be cyanide poisoning. IFollowed the guarantee procedure, no problem got my refund MINUS the $10 box charge,MINUS the $30 dollar shipping charge,do the math for a $55 fish. REORDED the same fish, paid the $55 for the second fish, including the $10 box charge, PLUS the $30 shipping charge again.Again the new fish arrived, looked good.Acclimated 3 hours, 2 days later, dead fish. All my other fish in tank are all fine with no signs of anything.Water tests are all good.As close to perfect as you can get. Customer service says their policy is only 1 time guarantee, there is nothing they can do.Not a very happy customer here.Buyer beware. Everything else was good.Shipping and packaging were all very good, but Product (fish) not good at all Thanks , I hope this will help others.

Cleaner shrimp came dead, (which I don't blame them for) a hermit crab never even arrived with my package, rock flower anemone arrived with completely torn open foot and on its death bed. Only reasons its two stars is because I have used their services before and it was OK. Had other DOAs and junk too before.

their fish is really small comparing to my local fis store in houston. And now they raise their price higher than local fish store. i don't see i would buy from them again. good luck everyone

Understand the 15 day alive policy and the arrive alive policy befor you buy!!! Better off going to your local fish store they will give you another fish instead if just credit and then you pay shipping and no discount either.. live Aquaria has a much better livestock warranty. Hands down

Do not order cleaner packs from here. Huge percentage of snails/hermits doa. All three cleaner shrimp doa as well. Only store credit for shrimp was issued, not even worth trying to figure out exactly how many snails/hermits didnt make it and negotiating a refund.

I have made 3 orders to saltwaterfish.com and each one something has been doa. Poor critters. . . This latest one a cleaner shrimp in my order was dead even with next day delivery. Sent them a picture which clearly showed a dead shrimp and recieved a message A DAY LATER from my guarantee request which put me out of the 5 hour doa window for guarantee how CONVENIENT! Will not be ordering from here anymore! UPDATE: Claim resolved after what I'm assuming was a supervisor got ahold of my claim and properly handled the situation. After the first person I dealt with who was unapologetic and quite frankly irritated that I sent a claim, the second person did a good job.
